The new iqs Analyse Center guarantees support.  It accesses all your iqs modules where relevant analysis could be necessary (eg complaints (RKM), concessions, ISIR, APQP or SPC). Using corresponding filter functions, the analyses can be focused on specific parts, productions facilities, cost centres, end products or on spectific actions.  Furthermore the time frame can be defined to suit your requirements.  More importantly, from the perspective of transparency, each analysis can be exchanged with the corresponding process in your CAQ system.

Of particular interest in the iqs Analyse Center are the Cockpit Charts through which quality processes are measurable.  Analyses can be based on company specific figures and can be graphically displayed, thereby giving users a fast overview and comparison between set and actual states.  Drill-down functions enable fast access back to detailed analysis and so ultimately to individual processes that are linked to the analyses.

Further intersting features include the fact that each analysis can be sent and displayed, via iqs Workflow Objekt, throughout the firm.  This increases transparency whilst reducing reaction times.  Different diagrams can be combined on one screen view making it easy to bring everything together.  Furthermore pareto analysis are supported.  Graphics can be individually adjusted.  Analysis time frames enable automatic creation of monthly reports and enable you to zoom in on specific times.  All analysis are saved in a folder structure and when necessary, eg for a presentation, they can be exported in various data formats eg, to Excel.
