The iqs Q Agent is constantly operating in the background and promptly informs you of critical situations. This way you can react quickly and defuse problems early enough such as critical customer complaints. As many queries and analyses can be defined and generated with the iqs Analyse Center as well as the number of complaints from a specific customer. When specific goals and time limits are overrun, the Q Agent automatically informs you via email.
