The iqs initial sample inspection report is the quick and easy way to create and evaluate initial sample inspection reports in either PPAP, VDA or customer specific formats. Our customers confirm that when used consequently, the iqs ISIR offers a time saving potential of up to 80%.

Transfer of set points and positioning from paper drawings.

Tolerances and set points are taken electronically from the CAD data or from paper drawings and transferred into the ISIR. At the same time the positioning of the drawing takes place. The necessary time consuming and error prone manual transfer of inspection values is removed.

High data quality

Actual values are directly transferred from connected measuring machines and allocated to the corresponding positions.

Drawing changes

Drawing information from data import makes drawing changes immediately visible. Change inspection reports are quickly generated.

Link to 3D model

Characteristics can also be linked to 3D models. Subsequently the 3D model with characteristic data can be transferred to the measuring machine - for example, for offline programming.

ISIR Reader

Optimal customer communication via the ISIR Reader. With it, the initial sample inspection report including the drawing can be viewed, without the need to own the iqs ISIR Software. ISIR Web Portal

iqs ISIR supports supplier sampling via an Internet portal. Thereby all suppliers sample in the same way which simplifies and accelerates the processing. The corresponding drawing is stamped and made available interactively to suppliers in a web browser. This new technology is exclusive to iqs.
